By submitting a commission request, you will be agreeing to pay me to create a piece of art, animation, writing, or videogame, hereafter referred to as a Work.

Legal

• You must be 18 or over to commission a Work. If you have been found to have been under 18 when commissioning me at any point, you will be blacklisted permanently and any outstanding commissions will be cancelled.
• You must not be affiliated with any hate group or organisation. If you have been found to be affiliated with an example of the aforementioned, you will be blacklisted permanently and any outstanding commissions will be cancelled.

Payment

• You must provide a valid PayPal address.
• A deposit of 50% the value of the Work is taken before the Work begins. If the Work is cancelled by the commissioner for any reason, the deposit is nonrefundable.
• The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the work.

References

• Any characters needed to be drawn must have suitable reference given with the Work request.
• References must be given as valid, non-expirable links. Temporary links, such as discord image links, will not be accepted. Make sure to check your links before submission.
• By submitting furry character references you submit that you have ownership of or permission to use the character in question. Commission will be cancelled with no refund if it turns out you do not.

Content

• I will not depict anything that promotes hate crimes or bigotry.
• I will not depict sex acts, realistic gore, full frontal nudity, or anything I consider too obscene. Please check my gallery for examples of where my allowed zone is.

Private Commissions

• Private Works are available on request. You can specify an expiry date for posting (such as for birthdays or anniversaries), or be request the Work not be uploaded publically.

Timeframe

• I will endevour to complete the Work in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you desire an update.
• If you wish a work to be completed by a certain date, it must be specified in the commission request. Particularily expedited Works will incur a fee dependent on the date.

Copyright

• I hold the copyright to any Work I create.
• The commissioner, and the holders of ownership of any characters depicted in the Work is permitted to repost the Work I create in any noncommercial sitation. Editing the art, text, colour or any consituent part of the Work requires permission.
• Contact me to discuss a commercial licence.
• Licenced characters are not eligible for a commercial licence.

Privacy

• As part of the commission request form, the following pieces of personal information are collected:
  • Preferred Name.
  • Email Address.
  • Browser IP Address.
  • PayPal Email Address.
• Data is collected for the purpose of communicating with the client, facilitating payment, and mitigating abuse of the system.
• Data will be stored for a grace period of ten years. If you wish for your data to be deleted after the completion of a Work, please contact me.
